ok, laminated floors, nice to look at, easy to clean, but what a load of junk !!
today i ripped up the 2nd floor on our front room because im sick of seeing swollen joins from where the floor gets mopped, kids spill drinks ect, cheap click-lock MDF wood floor.....you get what you pay for, right
so i just spent £750.00 on solid oak parquet floor blocks, £200 on a sanding machine and edger (bargin that was) , and around £200 on scread, glue and other bits to get the job done .. .. ..
i got the scread down.....the misses says, wait, i want the walls repaperd as-well.. .. ..lol
what was a small floor job turned into a full unpaid redecoration job, and i tought i was going to have a few days off,
the moral of the story is ...... DONT BUY CHEAP CLICK-LOCK MDF FLOORS, cos it will come back at ya when you least expect it !!!, lol
well, iv had my moan, guess i'll go rub down the walls now.
