listbox to web object

just cant get my head round this.

i have a ......

listbox1
web1

how do i go about getting the links
i have set in the listbox
to show up on web1 (web object)

its always the simple things i cant seem to do

cant upload the project file
as i cant seem to upload at all.....???

Dum doesn't exist hehe i had those situations myself... untill i started saving code snippets so i remember, now i don't need some of the snippets anymore :D goodluck with it:)
