Save tif or eps as

Hi, I have some links to open tifs and eps files. Not all people have Photoshop Illustrator to launch these files. Is there a way I can program it to "save file as" for them to download the files to their own computer?

Sorry to ask, but how does this relate to AutoPlay Media Studio? Can you elaborate exactly what you are trying to do?
