SQLite help

I am beginning to work with databases in AMS, and I read that AMS manages a plugin called SQLite, which I have no idea how to use it, look in the help and found nothing about it.

If anyone could help me with some examples on how to create a database, creating a table in it, enter records and perform a query, would be very thankful.
