Cannot FTP .ts3 files

I am trying to FTP the server files to my site but fail on the .ts3 file. This happens in both TrueUpdate's FTP upload and WS_FTP's upload. As soon as the file starts to upload, the FTP connection is reset.

Also, strange enough, the trial version of 3.0 uploads its .ts3 file to my site with no issue.

I would look at the passive/active setting.
