DLL: CountSubString

ok, i know this can be done in AMS with some string actions but i needed it fast and 3 lines of code in a dll and its done

returns how many times a substring is found in a string (handy for counting items in a delimited string, well thats what i needed it for)

I personally think the String actions in AMS7 can be a PITA to work with. Strangely enough, they were much easier in AMS4

i never used AMS4, i jumped in at 6 but i agree the string functions can be a pain sometimes and there seems to be some obvious functions missing as well, just like the String.Count and String.ByteLength, both being functions i needed but were not there!!
