Is it possible to populate a tree menu from an XML list?

Lest say i have a online videos playlist on a XML file (windows media videos), can I populate a tree menu with video name and URL from my XML file?

If so, can you please put me on the right track!!!
An example would be appreciated:)

Hey, if I have the tree on the right side of the app, how can I make it so people read it right to left?
It only give me a left to right option!
