A have a program i built for a client for XP. It runs flawlessly on XP, but he installed it on vista and is having many issues. The program crashed without warning at any given time. I rescipted and removed all registry interaction and integrated all LUA scripts and still am hitting this issue. I believe this to be due to the 32M restrictions with windows vista and non-windows apps and have not been able to get around this. This is an extensive program and sometimes runs between 35M-36M. The program was built in AM6 and I have the trial of AMS7 which i recompiled in and it didn't help. I didn't know if anyone else had hit this and found a workaround for it. I would like to fix this within the AMS and not have to build it again. Thanks in advance.

I wanted to post an update with my findings in case anyone else had encountered these issues. The issues only seem to occur on Vista 64bit. The program was unable to write to a text file unless the program was started with the "run as administrator" which gave it a mild handicap. In order to get my program to run efficiently and not give me the "program stopped working" error was to backdate it's compatability mode. After making these two adjustments it seems to running. The best fix I believe is getting rid of Vista........................................
