Scrolling page

I believe this has been suggested before but I couldnt find it - so I'm adding it to be sure.

Suggest a 'Scroll Object' is added.
This would essentially be a container that we can place other objects into, providing the ability to scroll objects on a page.
This allows devs to build pages longer than the height of the page and scroll as needed at runtime.
