Dialog box position

Hi
I have a project where a timed dialog box comes up saying "loading. please wait." Is there anyway to dictate the position of this dialog box on the screen? (i.e. x and y coordinates)

You can move windows with a WINDOW > MOVE action but I'm not too sure of exactly how this applies to dialogs since I've never used it for this...
