Windows Media Object

I made a small little player that has a windows media object in it. The object requires Internet Access to access an .asx file. It was working great, not it's not even trying to access the object, and I know that the remote location address has not changed... Also the controls shown in the window are the old mediaplayer controls, not version 9 which i have installed on the local machine.

What version of AutoPlay are you running? If it is 4.0.0.3 or less then you must run the patch to get 4.0.0.4. You can get the patch from here

If this is not the case then please post back here and we will explore other options.
