PureBasic DLL Help

Hey guys I just bought PureBasic 4.10 and I remember reading a few posts by Worm and a few others that they use PureBasic to make AMS dll's I was wondering if anyone can give me any refrences this. I havent really decided what exactly I want the dll to do yet so but it will be freeware. I just mainly need some reference to go by.
