Font Window dll

Is there a .dll out there that will let me open a window and will let the user choose text font and size? Like when you go in notepad to Format>Font... Thanks!!

i did make a dll for that a while back but i cant seem to find it on a forum search or hdd, but worm made a plugin for the same thing
