Is it possible to make a file converter? Something like that I give it a mp3 file and it will convect it into avi or whatever? If yes, how? Please post examples... Thanks!

Mp3 is an audio format and avi is a video format, so converting one of these formats to another is not an endeavor which is normally considered. Perhaps you meant MPEG3?
However, you can play an audio mp3 while viewing an avi or MPEG3 movie with AMS.
There are other 3rd party software packages that will convert audio formats or video formats, and allow you to dub whatever audio format onto your movies, but I don't know of any process within AMS that would convert the formats.

...just a thought.
There are numerous Photo / Image converters available. Many are free. Possibly you can internet search for one which can be passed parameters for the format conversion. It could then be seamlessly called from AMS to do the format conversion.

yea... actually... I've noticed that since I leave in this world... I want to make my own... ANYONE? If you study the AMS help file and all the available actions, you will see for yourself that there is nothing that does file conversion. So as Holtgrewe has tried to explain, you would need to use some third party apps or dlls.

Converting file is, 99% of the time, nearly impossible to do by yourself. You need extensive knowledge of a programming language AND of the source+target file format. Some are easy, but most aren't.
Could you explane why you would need to totally do your own? Since making an UI for a command-line tool would be easier and simpler for sure, and whitout any doubts more effective.
