add .EXE Cd root folder

I have seen reference to this and no real example how to do it!

i have searched as well with no luck here.

i want to be able to add VLC media player to my root folder as described here

but i cant figure out how to add anything to the "project" which i am assuming is the cd root

can anyone point me the right direction on how to add external .exe files to to a project

im new and testing this out b4 i decide to buy, it seems it will do everything i want it to so far

ok i found out now when i went into the project folder in my documents!

that was simple enough.
