    Kiosk with browser issue

Maybe I am missing something... Is there a way to defeat IE launching a new browser window when user clicks on a _blank targeted link on a webpage?

I want everything to stay within the existing AMS browser window.

If you are authoring the page, you can add target=_self in the href tag, just after the URL.

Has your page only the Web Object on it? If yes, there's maybe a workaround with Firefox... (but that's just a workaround).

Unfortunately, if a user references a link on the pages that we control - to get to government information on social assistance - then from there they can click on other links that open up with target=_blank and this fires up IE7 and a new browser session.

What I really need to do is set up AMS browser as the default browser - is that possible?
