    Opposite of onKey?

I understand (and often use) the onKey action to trigger an event based upon a keyboard stroke. But can AMS do the opposite?

    Meaning:
Can I either make a button in AMS "type" a letter. Or use scripting to automate keypresses?

    Thanks as always,

I'm not sure what you're asking.

There is a Page.ClickObject() action which can be triggered based on some event in your application.

        Thanks Worm.

Quick question (and I know I should just d/l the demo, but I'll still ask for the sake of documentation).

        Will SendKeys send key-combinations (i.e. Ctl-N, Alt-F, etc.)?

          Yes it will.

There is also a free DLL I posted long ago that will do the same. It was called Keystrokes I believe. A quick search of the forum should get you some hits on that too.

here's one with the free dll.

Basically the plugin and the DLL have the same functionality. The plugin is simply more easy to use.

              SendKeys Question

              Hi Worm,

You are da man! I want it and you've made it! I could get very spoiled by this forum.

Only problem is after I have downloaded the SendKeys plugin, I am not sure what to do with it. Would you mind giving me a bit of a jump start on how this thing works?

Thanks for this and all the other great stuff you and the other awesome people on this forum do!

              Happy New Year!
