Folder References issue

I have a SF7 project that I have been using for some time, problem has always been that development keeps adding files on me, so i have desided to switch to Folder References. But I am running an issue, looks like if you have more than one of the same "Folder References" on the external tab "*.DLL" problem only the first of the references are getting installed. Can anyone reproduce??

Ok I am going to say it this is a bug, I made a sample install to test (see attachment).

Using Folder References "*.*" I installed a group of files into %Appfolder%\Production no problem, on External tab, I install same files (using a reference folder *.*) from "%Appfolder%\Production" to "%Appfolder%\Training" no problem, but if I try to install the same group (reference folder *.*) to another folder on the users system I get NIL nothing ZERO. Please help
