Application.SetRedraw does not seem to work with Thumbnail Plugin

If you disable the redraw and change the thumbnail sizes it does not seem to work because you can see how the images are resized (especially if there are many images when it is getting slow).

I think that Application.SetRedraw generally does not affect the windowed objects.
