It was launched today AMS7? ?

Where this?

Well, we are wrapping up our beta testing of AutoPlay Media Studio 7.0 this week and hope to release the product early next week (week of November 5, 2007). Here is a list of features that have been added to AutoPlay Media Studio 7.0:

It will be launched Wednesday, November 7, 2007. We had to delay an extra 2 days to tie up some loose ends.

I only purchased AMS 6 last week and I now discover that AMS 7 is imminent! :huh Wish I had been warned a new version was coming as I would have waited before purchasing.

What are the upgrade options when AMS 7 is released? (and more importantly do recent purchasers get a discount or even a free upgrade?)

IR has been good about offering upgrades to the latest product for purchasers of the current when an upgrade happens very soon after the purchase. I don't know what the offer will be and will let someone from IR handle the details but they do a good job to help people out.

We do offer automatic upgrades to version 7.0 for those that have purchased v6.0 of AutoPlay Media Studio within 60 days of the new release date.

If you purchased version 6.0 last week, you will be entitled to an upgrade when it is availabe within our customer portal.
