No. The two products are independent and their file formats are not compatible. The scripted nature of Setup Factory 7.0 makes a reasonable conversion nearly impossible, and actually undesirable in most cases. The MSI format has specific requirements that are simply not compatible with the freeform nature of a scripted installer.
