Speaker Balance slide in Volume control?

I have search the forum in AMS 4, but none talk about how to make a Speaker Balance slide, just like the one that in the "volume control" dialog in Window 98 or etc. I have search and use you volume control style from .dll type that made bi Worm, which is great, so I wonder is there a way we can make a balance slide? It will be great if anyone can help.

You can do it in Flash, that's easy enough, so there's probably some way to do it with a .dll too, cool idea...

Thanks, but I don't have a flash program so that is why I asked to be in .dll type. Hopefully someone can come up with the idea. Since Worm was so good in .dll type, maybe he can help. Or, anyone?
