Dependencies NET Framework 1.1 and IE 6 on windows Vista

Hi ,
i have a problem with the dependencies check on Windows Vista.

On The others System my setup work fine but on windows vista fail !!

Windows Vista has got Net framework 1.1 and IE 7 so my prerequisites are good!!

maybe Registry Key does not match!! :huh
