I am having difficulty getting Internet Explorer to open in front of the interface I have created using the File Open command. On some projects it works fine but others no matter what I do I can't get it out front. What am I doing wrong?

I have never had this problem. Sorry.
What I do get some times is that the page won't show. I just find that it is often my computer running low on resources and if I reboot it works fine.

Add onBlur = "self.focus()" the the body tag of the HTML page.
