Upgrade Property Error

Attached appears when trying to enter the Upgrade Property. I believe my string is all uppercase and in fact the example in the Help File does not work either (MYPRODUCT_V2). I had to remove both the numbers and lower score character as appears only allows uppercase alphabetic characters.
