How to do a popup window with out using tray

I wonder if some one can check this one i want to do a simple window pop up like the ones used for show more text

like for example

Who we are, well our company have alot services call us and u will....
then u add a button and this button says know more click me this will open the pop up window with the -◘x to close or just the x

can this be done with out using flash or tray ballon

Yes, it can be done. Probably the easiet way is to purchase Dermots xDialog plugin, or if you are really good with graphics, you could use the window set mask functions, coupled with the appropriate graphics.
