Not sure if this is a bug or purposefully changed.
In one of the templates I use I had a bunch of Image objects with captions. These captions were centered and then an offset of -10. Seems you can no longer offset captions that are centered.
Not a big deal as you can work around it by left or right justifying them and offsetting but I know it used to work in versions previous to 4.0.04
