Really easy listbox question please help!

Hi, all I want to do is have 4 options in my list box

page1
page2
page3
page4

When you click on page1 - the menu jumps to page 1 - and so on, I've done it before but just can't remember! I'm on a tight schedule so please please help - the best way to help me might be to make an example for me - but anything would help! Assume I'm an idiot - I know this is easy I'm just going blank!
