Problem with video playing

Hi,
I have a problem with playing WMV and DivX video files in AMS 6.0.5. If I open these files in Windows Media Player or some other video player for Windows, for example Media Player Classic, everything is OK. But if I want to import these files to AMS presentation, I can see some color lines only instead of picture, but sound is OK.
I have Windows XP Pro SP2, Windows Media Player 11, Codecs 6.0.3.0 All in One.
Have anybody an idea, what's wrong? Thanks for suggestion.

Are you using the internal video object or the mediaplayer plugin to view the video?

If you are not using the mediaplayer plugin, then try to use that instead if the files play correctly in your windows mediaplayer they should also do so in AMS when using the mediaplayer plugin as it is using the mediaplayer to play the file.
