Image colors

I'm using Setup Factory 5.0.1.1.
The image I display on the background doesn't show colors properly. It's all messy. I have the same problem with AutoPlay Menu Studio 2.0. I've made a VB application with a picturebox containing the same image, and it displays fine.
Is anyone experiencing the same problem? Is there any patch or new release that fixes it?

Hi,
Are you running in 256 colours? I am assuming that you are, what I would suggest is that you read the "Understanding Graphic Images" section in the AutoPlay User's Guide. This should answer all you questions.
