I googled it and it seems instead of a normal email POP retrieval, it 'pushes' the email through...not sure on the application....:huh

I use my treo for emailing. The treo does not push email, the email service pushes the email, (with a supported phone). So I am looking for the service. I know Yahoo is going to offer free push email accounts for the new Apple iPhone when it comes out.

I have a treo 700wx... I used push for a while, until I figured out why I could not get a good day on my battery. Now, I simply request my email to the device when I want to read email... battery went from 1 day to 3 days...

Palm now has options for push email on all treos... http://www.treocentral.com has some great info in the discussion forums....
