AMS4 Startup Problems, HELP

When I startup AMS4, I get an error message.

it says:

Error: Access violation at 01x1D351C7C (tried to read from 0xFFFFFFFF), program terminated

Run the Check for Udate in the AMS group in your start menu to download the latest version

Yep. Re-install if need be and update to latest version 4.0.0.3 that should fix everything.
