On Ctrl Msg

If you have an OnCtrl msg and testing for "flip flopping" of a two state radio button; it seems to only fire the onctrlmsg the 1st time.

I added this to the "On Ctrl Message" of a radio button screen and it seemed to fire every time

Dialog.Message("","flip Flop");
