work with 2 windows

i wanna build an aplication has 2 windows;

first window has combobox for online streaming tv channells, second window has media player plugin to play the selected streaming tv channell from the first window... so when i choose the channell from the first window, it will play the channell in media player in second window..

can anybody give me a start please ????
