But if you're running a site you might want to stick with Ripway..

http://awardspace.com/ is a good free host, 500k file size and no smtp but you can run php scripts

also http://www.9999mb.com/ is a good host, iv been messing with some scripts there, there is no file size limit but you can only upload certan file types, but you get 10gig of space

for file hosting, i recomend http://box.net/

edit, as for domains i dont think there is any better than what you have, .co.nr is realy good, its never let me down and its the only free dns server that gets your site listed in google

yeah, the 10mb file size is a bit naff but its ok for small projects
