Thumbview help

Hi there, im a noob at this, can do simple applications but nothing with scripting.

Can anybody help me to add Thumbview plugin to my project so that it automatically loads a folder from the project cd.

Have had a look at the sample project from this website but cant for the life of me figure out how to use it.
