I was wondering if I was doing something wrong, but are flash objects always on top? I made a flash movie the same size as the AMS movie and left a large empty space so that I could overlay the browser object over the flash movie once I brought it into AMS, however, you can not use the "Send to Back" command on flash movies as they always appear as the top most layer in AMS. I can never see the Browser Object when I preview or output.

Yep. Flash Ojects are always on top of "normal" objects like Images and Text.
The same goes for Web Browser objects, Edit Field objects, and Media Player objects.
For more info, see the topics on Z-Order in the help file.

Top 5 things that happen when you place non-normal objects overlapping in AMS 4.0:
5) Your Media Player Object begins speaking the overlapping text box aloud in an eerily familiar Bill Gates impersonation.
4) Your Web Browser Object senses that the "flash" object which shared its z-space was obscene in nature, and directed you to a help for sexual offenders web site.
3) Your text box and web browser get thrown into a symbiotic endless loop, resulting in the same Gordon Lightfoot fan site loading repeatedly in both (this can only be exited by alt-F4).
2) Sumo wrestler likeness after sumo wrestler likeness appear on your monitor filling a cacophonous medley with the single question "Whatever happened to the Mad Cubist?"
And the number one thing that happens when non-normal objects in AMS overlap is...
1) Your beta testing stretches out indefintely because you get caught up in esoteric pro-Macintosh diatribes.
Allow me to say that if you understood all of these, you may be spending too much time on the IR forums. /ubbthreads/images/icons/laugh.gif

Most of the references ring a bell, - I'm just going to lie down in a darkened room.

Hehe... My therapist tells me there's nothing "wrong" with me - I'm just a geek. /ubbthreads/images/icons/smile.gif
