Copy Files

Hi,
I use autorun MAX mainly to create a CD in order to copy some files to a hard disk later in some sort of "update" procedure. My problem is that I use a command line batch feature for this and there is no progress bar. Is there a way to implement this sort of copy procedure without using the batch command and have a nice Progress bar with percentage numbers?

There is no way to accomplish this in Autorun MAX! 2.0. There are a few options you can look into:

1) AutoPlay Media Studio 6.0 (http://www.indigorose.com/ams/index.php) can copy files from the CD to the hard drive. There are a few options for progress bars ect.

2) Setup Factory 7.0 (http://www.indigorose.com/suf/index.php) is an install builder. You could add these files to a single file install archive and run it from the CD-ROM using Autorun MAX! or AutoPlay Media Studio 6.0.

Either method would work fine in your case.
