File Open URL

Ok I am still working off of Media Play 5.0. When I set up a image or text to the the action FileOpenURL is takes 5 minutes to connect to the web page. I am on high speed. With regular browsing on the net this does not happen. The only thing I can think of is it is internet exploer 7.

Does anyone else have this problem?
