Internet explorer script error

I created a series of thumbnails and a image browser in a web application. When index.html is launched via Autoplay's web object everything seems to work fine but occasionally when I click on a thumbnail and a new IE window opens I get an error message stating that an error occured running scripts on the page and that the script can no longer find the server upon which index.html is hosted. This is a local file with correct pathing.

Any others wrestling with IE errors like this? I dont seem to get the error if I execute index.html outside of Autoplay.
