viewing Help file crashes program

Every time I attempt to access the Help file, the system crashes. I have patched, uninstalled, and reinstalled. I Deleted all runtime files and registry keys. Here is the error message.

I would recommend you Submit a Ticket (support service). Have you serial number handy for AMS 5. It will ask for such when you fill out the form. This service is located in I.R.'s support section of their Website.
