Automated Install

Is there a way to get Media Studio to automate installs for me?
I made an installer program for end users that when they click a button it installs all the apps needed. Well I dont want them to have to click next through all the app installs (Like adobe acrobat reader, etc) and also some require a password inside the install. Is there a way to get media studio to input those passwords and make it click next on the apps automaticly.
If not does anyone know of a program that does?

hmm, i'm using Winbatch for these kind of things.
It has a function to wait for an executable before it continous.
example: runwait("arcord32.exe","")
