Well, I'll see if my SIM card will work with it (my Network is GSM, so it should. But will all the features work?).

Here is a review and specifications link, for the curious:

What phone did you just buy? Or own? Which would you buy? Why?

Ya, I looked long and hard at the N80, N91, and the N93. The odd thing about the N93 that bugged me is the swivel feature. I know... most like that feature. Other than that... it is a excellent feature laden unit from what I have read.

I should be getting this N91 on Monday (tracking says) and then I'll give it a whirl (I hope no network problems for me, fingers crossed).

Then I have a quagmire... I need a holster for it and I want a good quality leather one, with the sturdy belt clip. The last thing I want to see, hear is that $600 bounce off the ground!

I bought two different cases for my 9300. One is a nice lambskin one, the other is a different style and is buffaloe hide. I got them from eBay at a very nice price.
Just goto ebay and search for Nokie N91

I did that search on eBay and looked through a lot (but not all) of the listings and did not see anything sturdy enough. The only leather holster I found for the N91 that looked sturdy enough had a cheap plastic swivel clip.

I'll just keepa' diggin' till I find one.

I just got my phone about an hour ago and I must say I am really impressed with the quality and options!

The speaker for the music is even pretty loud, to the point you would need to lower it when around others.

The camera function works real good.

It came with 55 songs on it and there are little images like you may see in a Podcast (nice touch).

As far as a datalink I didget an error on a .AAC file during the install (probable because I did not close the applications I had going. I'll do a reinstall). But, I was able to upload a couple songs and the software they send seems to be all-inclusive of what you would need to "get it done" with the phone (Motorola made me pay $30+ for the data cable and CD with drivers, arg!).

So far no crashes or anything odd. I'll see how it goes over time.

Oh, and the phone is solid feeling in your hands. It does not feel like you have a cheap all-plastic phone. Like some of the free phones out there.

Anyway, you can tell I'm stoked about such and I also have made some headway in another venture today. I need more days like today (I'll just have to make'em) :D

I know what you mean.
I spent the last week trying to learn all the features on the Nokia 9300. Finally feel confident that I can find/use everything and now looking at third party apps.
The 9300 is very well made and feels solid in the hand.
It's just amazing what kind of power you can carry in your pocket.
Have fun

No doubt... moving some music over to the unit now myself.

Weird seeing 3.5GB still available on your mobile phone application.

lol

I put a 4gb mms card in my 9300, too.
doesn't seem like that long ago, you couldn't get 4GB in a desktop.
But, I'm old:)

Further goofing. I noticed this Enhanced Voice Command works much better than my other phone's typical Voice Command software.
