Can we print a PowerPoint presentation in notes/handout mode ?

We include PowerPoint on CDs quite often. Users are typically given the option to print the file or view it. Does anyone know how we might provide the ability to print the presentation in notes/handouts mode? Naturally, we would like to know the switch that defines the number of slides to be printed per page as well.

It's actually fairly easy (can't see the trees for the forest, you know). We selected to print the presentation (handouts mode) through the Acrobat PDF writer or Distiller. This created exactly what the Customer wanted.
