Uploading Files to Web Server

I was told to post in the forum in the hope that someone would either:
a. Be able to tell me how to upload a text file etc. to a web server.
b. how to use the submit web function to send the contents of a variable to a script which then processes it to a text file

What scripting language are you using on your web server? Does your server have PHP on it?

It supports PHP, CGI and MYsql(I think)
