Hi there,
one of our customers told us, that, when the automatic auto.exe starts after putting in the CD-ROM in the CD-Drive, Windows crashes totally ... I dont know which OS he´s got, but he told me that a so called msvide*.dll caused the problems ... My first suggestion was: this is a video dll, perhaps he´s got a video capture-board in his computer or has got some other ill configuration ...
b.t.w. we did a extended Betatest , win 95 ab 98 2000 xp and so on ..
any ideas ?
