if you want to make a complete transparent button you can use a hotspot instead of a button if you want to create a 50% alpha just adjust on properties.
Anyway can you be more specific on what you want?=

You can easily create buttons using the Button Maker (Tools > Button Maker) within AutoPlay Media Studio 6.0.

Button maker DOES work with transparent images. Could you attach your button images and we"ll see how we can help you.

Your problem was that your buttons are semi transparent. I am referring to the INSIDE of the button. As the transparency threshold is set to 200, as a default, BUTTONMAKER is considering the WHOLE button as transparent. Changing that value to a lower one solves the problem.
