Hi there folks

I have another library to share with you (img.dll).

These are the functions of the library:

ImageSaveAs //Save image files in different formats (jpeg, bmp, png, gif, ico).
ClipboardContainsImage //Check if clipboard contains image.
ClipboardGetImage //Get image from clipboard and save it as image file in different formats (jpeg, bmp, png, gif, ico).
ClipboardSetImage //Load an image file into clipboard (any image format).
GetLastKnownError //Get last error while using the functions.

Here (http://applications.ssideproject.com/downloads/ImageFunctions.zip) you can download the compressed exe.

.Net framework 2.0 required.

Note:
This library (and the other libraries that i have written so far) can be used with any programming language that is able to interact with external libraries (dll's). My understanding is that the library can be used also with ams6.

ANSWER (ALOUD):
It reminds me the saying of the movie "The Chronicles of Riddick"

Besides, it is the eye of the beholder...

I know lots of people writting applications with .net 2.0 since the first beta...
I know lots of people that they will consider upgrading to .net 2.0 when .net 3.0 is out...
I know people still working with vb 6 sp6...
And there are some others still working with vb 4.0

Me, personally i write applications with .net since version 1.0.

These are estimates, for the real number you have to be at microsoft or at microsoft forums, not here at ir forum, or do you expect those people to come here to give you the latest???

I'm not prepared to talk statistics with you as i'm not a .net technology representative, just droped by to say hallo and to share something with you...

I know it's a touchy subject with some (ahem), but, I was just curious to hear (see) your comments on such. I've just found I can do this sort of programming without the .NET Framework.

But, then again I can appreciate folks that enjoy the movie, Die Hard.

No hard feelings, thought i addressed your concerns, my way, sside way.


I've just found I can do this sort of programming without the .NET Framework.


Again no hard feelings, as i have said before i enjoy programming and sharing with you (ir forum). I never thought to have hurt somebody's feelings by doing this. But i do realise now that i might have done that.


But, then again I can appreciate folks that enjoy the movie, Die Hard.

sside, you're good people. Programming with .NET to me is not as straight forward, which to me means you deserve some serious credit for navigating them there coding waters!

There are lots of techniques out there. I have nothing against them. I'm not praising .net either. It happens what i do, i do it in .net, and if you like to use what i create .net framework is required.

For the user it gets only better. Use them, suggestions are all welcome.
For the writer it gets only better. One gets only better by writting code (doesn't matter which language).

In my mind, in this world we're living is enough space for everybody, technique, religion, and so on, no matter where they come from.

You shall love your neighbour as yourself.
