Here's how to do basic operations on a .mid (MIDI) file(s), play and stop. I'm using AMS 6:

i've used midi's in projects before, but i remember seeing some talk on here about midi support. i dont know anything about midi's but i've read some of Corey's posts and it sounds like it would be cool to utilize midi. i found this program and it has ActiveX controls, so i figured maybe someone might find it useful.
I'm looking in REAL BASIC now. i downloaded the demo tonight. i think i can get some use out of it. i figure i'll mess around with it for a few days.

There seemed to be a vulnerability (at the time) with that .dll it seems.
