Why should I purchase AutoPlay 4.0?

I am looking to send auto run CD's to current and future clients. I currently have several power point presentation and if you have power point no problems. But if you do not own power point my cd's will not run. I am looking for a solution. Also, can this be used as a downloadable file from the internet if sent to a web page. Thanks very much.
